They aim at Zero unemployment rate, so that Job satisfaction hits everyone around the world, helping people to get along with their life ambition. They constantly see the increase in unemployment due to which people harm their life's and finally they die, then after they also thought that was the end but later, they realized it all started from there. Hence, the Group of youngsters under the supervision of experienced folks joined together to stop unemployment and thought of raising future CEO's and Top directors who can increase employment opportunities to the next generation and present generation.

Time & Stress Management

-       No matter who you are and what you do you will experience stress at some point in your life.  Unfortunately, there are people who tend to experience more stress than others.

-       For instance, those who choose highly demanding careers often undergo more stress than the average person.

-       When you manage time wisely you feel in greater control of your time. This can make you calmer and less stressed overall as a result. 

-        Prioritizing what we need to work upon first, and how much time we are supposed to assign each task/work so that we can manage our schedule, for example, homework needs 2 hours, while sleeping has to be done for at least 6-7 hours a day.

-       We kept a deadline for each task in order, to complete all the tasks in due course of time.


Routine Challenge

 

-       Some ways a routine can help include: Better stress levels lead to improved mental health, more time to relax, and less anxiety.

-       A lack of healthy stress management techniques can put you at greater risk for heart disease and negatively impact your overall health. Better sleep will leave you refreshed.

-       So, here we were assigned to do a Social Media task, posting a morning picture or a gif or whatever chore we do in the morning, we were asked to post it in a Facebook group with a catchy caption.

 

 

Passion Factor?

 

-       So, I am an Early Bird who does not like to sleep too much, I mean 6-7 hours of sleep is enough for me.

-        The task was easier for me to do as compared to others since I wake up at 6 or 7’o clock in the morning. And it was kind of interesting to see the beautiful images put by others in the group, sharing their morning feelings, their thoughts, overall I feel that everyone should have a morning routine task like this which will help you getting more organized and punctual in life, if you follow the routines sincerely.

 

Website Building:

 

-       So, the question why do we need a website first of all? To get famous, or to get famous through your work? Or what exactly, well the answer is as follows: 

-       It gives you brand integrity and access to many customers. Influence and add value to people. Having a personal website helps you to influence people and add value to people by sharing your knowledge. The more you create online content for people to consume, the more you influence them.


  

-       Hey there, in my opinion, having one is definitely worth it. Not only is a personal website a great way to present yourself to the world and make a good impression online, but it is also useful if you want to showcase your work and/or competences. ... You can easily update your website & add new, relevant things.

 

Video Resume Experience:

 

-        A Video Resume is an awesome mechanical approach to flaunt your identity and skills to interviewers when you are searching for a job. Businesses that can see your Video Resume will probably employ you over those applicants that simply offer a documented Resume.

-       A video resume is a brief account of a job applicant's professional experience, qualifications and interests, submitted to a prospective employer in video form.

-       My experience in video resume contest, was pretty good, it was very new for me, because I never made a video resume before, we were working in a team, collaborating with others in order to get feedback for our work.

-       I approached a lot of people to like my video resume, and to give their feedback on it, it was a tiring thing to do but worthwhile.

 

Advanced Hiring Technologies:

 

-       Recruiters are turning to recruitment software to help them increase the efficiency of the process. 

-       So, we learned about how we can pass the ATS Technology, what we have to know, so these are things we learned:

 

-       ATS keywords are specific words or phrases employers identify as requirements for a specific position, and therefore you should use them on your resume to help you get noticed by employers.


Aptitude Session:

-       Better Knowledge of Your Strengths and Weaknesses. Aptitude tests give you a better understanding of yourself. They are designed to reveal your strengths and weaknesses and give you a better understanding of your personality. This is important for your professional development. It may also highlight your hidden talents.

 

Psychology of Hiring  Manager: 

-       The psychology of hiring doesn't need to mystify and intimidate candidates. If anything, it can help them prepare for interviews and show their best selves. From the perspective of a hiring manager or recruiter, candidates should: Relax with confidence, not crack or freeze under pressure.


          Top Personality Traits Hiring Managers  

          Look for:

Guest Session: 

-       The guest speaker told us about his past experiences in various companies he worked for, what are the challenges that he faced as a newcomer, what are the qualities in him which were acting as the pitfall for him, how to inculcate the changes into oneself, to become more professional, without getting emotional at your workplace.

-       He was a very experienced person who gave an insight into the world outside there, what are the challenges that we can face, how to overcome those challenges.

-       What skills you should possess, how your attitude should be in life to go ahead, and achieve what you strive for.

 

Team Work 

-       Here, we worked in teams, every week our team leads used to get changed, so that everyone gets a chance to lead, and no one gets laid behind, basically, all the members were divided into a group of 4-5 members.

-       We got a chance to compete with different teams, showcasing their creativity and talents out there.

-       Here are the benefits you get by working in a team :

Pride of Team Lead:


-       A team leader is responsible for guiding a group of employees as they complete a project. They are responsible for developing and implementing a timeline their team will use to reach its end goal.

-       A successful team leader knows how to delegate tasks among team members, leading to more effective outcomes.

-       With one person focused on reaching larger objectives, the team players may then focus on their specific tasks. By giving other team members direction, the team leader keeps the project moving along.

-       I like to lead personally, so it was really something I had experienced before, and so it was here as well, I really enjoyed leading the team, satisfying the needs of the team members, and assigning tasks, and completing within the deadlines.

 

Overall outcome & Personal Message:

 

-       So, to be honest I learned a lot of skills from this very program conducted by the Enormayu Team, so here I have listed the skills which I learned overall:

-       Starting from the first task to the last, we learned a lot of different kind of skills, different teachers, guest sessions, which has surely brought growth in me as an individual, and on a whole as well.

-       I would like to thank everyone in the Enormayu Team for conducting such sessions, bringing wonderful people to this platform helping freshers, and unemployed people to get back in their profession, combining different stuff in their curriculum, making it a unique combination and a program to offer any person looking to get settled in the world out there, giving a full growth to their career, introducing to the world out there, how to excel in a field, starting with the basics, to the advanced, how to work in a team, how to speak, how to listen, when to speak, what to speak, what not to speak, how much we should speak, and much more stuff.

-       I would recommend everyone who is struggling to get a job in this difficult time, to give it a shot by doing this particular the program, I’m pretty sure you will learn a lot of things, resulting in the betterment of yourself, and you will be satisfied too as you will get back the money which you will be paying in the beginning, based on your performance, and abilities.
